The oldest washery of GCMPL got commissioned in 2003, at Talcher (odisha). Current standing order is with the Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation (APGENCO) for a quantity of 3.3 MTPA of raw coal. Washing technology used here is Dense/Heavy Media, Pneumatic Jig, HM Cyclone, Classify Cyclone
IB Valley worksite deploys Dense/ Heavy Media and Batac Jig for coal washing/beneficiation. The current customers are West Bengal Power Development Corporation Limited (WBPDCL) both for a quantity of 2 MTPA.
Our 4th and the latest washery is located at Manuguru, Andhra Pradesh. Built on the BOO (Built, Own, Operate) model, the washery has a capacity of 1.5 MTPA exclusively for the Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL). Washing technology being used here is a Batac Jig.
Our 2nd washery came up at Ramagundum (near Hyderabad) in 2004 with a capacity of 1.0 MTPA. In Nov-2009 the Washery has been modified to exclusively cater Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL). The contract with SCCL assures minimum 4 years (extendible on mutual consent) of operations with minimum assured quantity 0.50 MTPA of raw coal. This worksite uses Barrel Washer Technology for coal beneficiation.
